Roger West Celebrates “Sweet 16” Anniversary

Roger West Creative & Code is celebrating its “Sweet 16” anniversary in July, rounding out another year of growth and client success.
On the heels of Roger West’s 15th anniversary celebration and ribbon-cutting last August, the agency was named Small Business of the Year for 2022 in November by the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce following a months-long application process.
The year got off to a bang with a pair of Silver ADDY Awards from the Tampa Bay chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF). More hardware quickly arrived from the 29th Annual Communicator Awards, including three Silver Awards of Distinction and a prestigious Gold Award of Excellence, which is the highest honor given out by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA).
Roger West also made its fifth consecutive appearance on the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Best Places to Work List, finishing in the top ten for the second year in a row. In addition, Inc. Magazine named Roger West to its Best Workplaces for 2023 list, which marks the third consecutive year Inc. has recognized the agency’s commitment to creating an outstanding employee experience. Roger West was also recognized in the magazine’s Enduring Impact category, a special distinction reserved for companies that have been in business for 15 years or more.
In June, Roger West launched a new service offering to include Talent and Recruitment Marketing, with the goal of helping clients improve their talent recruitment campaigns and strengthen their employment brands.
