Roger West began working to refresh the established brand to define its new identity through messaging and graphic design, and then develop a new website that reflected their refreshed image.

Bringing a New Brand to Life
Altruista’s previous logo used outdated imagery of a telephone and stethoscope – elements that were no longer relevant to Altruista’s business model. Their color palette also used shades of grey and red, which did not reflect their updated identity as a high-tech, innovative company. Roger West prioritized creating a brand identity that blended modern design and high-tech imagery with healthcare and dedicated customer service.
Altruista also asked for help better communicating with their target audiences – clinicians, IT departments, and C-level executives with health plans. The Roger West team created a new logo that better conveyed Altruista’s identity, and brand guidelines were developed so the new brand could be consistently applied to all their marketing efforts going forward.

Conveying a Clear Message
Once the brand identity was established, Roger West began the website redesign. The agency’s design and content teams collaborated to make Altruista’s new website compelling, creating clear and powerful messaging to differentiate Altruista from their competition, position them as an industry thought leader, and build trust with their audience.
The new site needed to better engage visitors and acquire qualified leads. Altruista wanted the ability to easily grow their content marketing program with featured blogs, webinars, news stories, videos, success stories, and more. As Roger West worked to refine the website’s messaging, the development team developed a dynamic resources section and built the site using Progress Sitefinity, an enterprise-level .NET content management system, so Altruista’s staff could easily update resources themselves.
Sitefinity also supports responsive web development, which means that the site is easily accessible to users on all devices – desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile.
The website was so successful that it was named a winner of GDUSA’s American Health + Wellness Design Awards and was recognized by Modern Healthcare’s Healthcare Marketing Impact Awards.
